Q.Does the price include delivery and pick-up?

A.Once you add a dumpster to your shopping cart and input the delivery address, the total cost will populate. However, keep in mind that extra fees apply if your dumpster is overweight or is kept longer than the allotted time period. We also charge an extra $40 for mattresses and tires.

Q.Can I mix different kinds of debris in the same dumpster?

A.The short answer is yes—household waste, yard debris, and other kinds of trash can all go into the same dumpster. However, keep in mind that each dumpster has a specific weight limit, and if your dumpster exceeds that limit, it's $70 per additional ton.

If you have large amounts of dirt, concrete, or yard debris, it may be in your best interest to rent one of our 20-yard dumpsters for mixed heavy debris or the 30-yard for tree debris.

If you mix all your trash, we have to take it to the landfill, where they charge per ton. However, if you rent a dumpster for just tree debris, we're able to take it to a tree processing facility, and you don't have to worry about weight limits. Just fill up your dumpster with tree debris.

Similarly, if you have a 20-yard dumpster filled with just dirt or just concrete, we can take it to specific facilities where they can recycle these materials and don't charge by the ton.

Q.What can I put in a mixed heavy debris dumpster?

A.If you have mixed heavy debris, we recommend the 20-yard dumpster. In these mixed heavy debris dumpsters, you can mix stone, brick, concrete, dirt, sand, and asphalt. Absolutely no wood. With a mixed heavy debris dumpster, you don’t have to worry about weight limits; just fill the dumpster 3/4 of the way.

Q.How can I ensure that my dumpster doesn't exceed the weight limit?

A.As a home or business owner, it can be almost impossible to know the weight of your dumpster. However, generally speaking, dumpsters with household debris (home cleanouts, minor renovations, etc.) tend not to exceed the weight limits. It's when you start adding dirt, bricks, and other heavy material that things really start adding up.

If you're interested in knowing the weight of your recent dump, feel free to reach out and request the landfill ticket.

Q.Does your dumpster have drainage or a lid in case of rain?

A.No, unforunately not. However, when we pick up the dumpster, the dumpster is tiltled as it's loaded onto the truck and excess water is able to drain out.

While we understand that water can soak into debris, causing it to be heavier, we are not responsible for weight overages due to water retention. If you are concerned about this, be sure to check the weather before ordering your dumpster or ask about having it placed in an enclosed area.

Q.Do you automatically pick-up dumpsters after the rental period ends?

A.When you order a dumpster online or over the phone, you have the option of setting a pre-scheduled pick-up date or leaving it open-ended (TBD).

If you choose a pre-determined pick-up and the dumpster isn't ready to be picked up upon our arrival, a $150 dry run charge will be assessed.

If you don't select a pick-up date, the dumpster will remain onsite until we are notified that it's ready for pick-up. Please keep in mind that the rental period for 5-yard, 10-yard, and 15-yard dumpsters is seven days (day of delivery counting as day one). The rental period for 20-yard, 30-yard, and 40-yard dumpsters is ten days (day of delivery counting as day one). After this rental period, you will be charged $10 per additional day.

Q.Which forms of payment do you accept?

A.At the moment, we only accept credit and debit cards.

Unfortunately, as of late, fradulent activity in the roll-off industry has been on the rise, so if someone asks you to pay for one of our dumpsters via Zelle, CashApp, or any other payment platform, please proceed with caution.

Q.What if we need to cancel?

A.You can cancel your roll-off order with a minimum of a 12-hour notice. We will refund the total paid minus the credit card fee, which is non-refundable.

If you cancel while our driver is en route, you will be charged a $150 trip fee.

If you wish to cancel after the dumpster has been dropped, you will be responsible for the entire cost of the rental.

Q.Do you require a deposit?

A.The dumpster rental must be paid in full at the time of reservation.

Q.I am being charged for trash that someone else put in my dumpster. Help!

A.Some people see a roll-off dumpster on a property and think that it's okay to dump their own trash. While we understand that you cannot control what others put into your bin, the dumpster and the contents therein are the responsibility of the renter.

Q.I see some additional charges on my credit card. What's that about?

A.Our contract states that fees for overweight dumpsters, tires and mattresses, extra days, or any additional fees will be automatically charged to the card on file. You should receive an emailed receipt for any additional charges. If you do not, please access the receipt that was emailed for your initial booking. All updates and charges are reflected there. If you have any questions or concerns, please call our office.

Q.What surfaces do you set up on?

A.We can set up on any surface that is flat and dry. We always prefer to set up on concrete, but we understand that this isn't always possible. Please bear in mind that if you ask us to set up the dumpster on the grass and your property gets damaged, we will not assume responsibility.

Q.What kind of items are prohibited in the dumpster?

A.You can dump most things in our dumpsters -- furniture, appliances, construction debris, yard waste, and much more.

However, we ask that you refrain from putting liquid paint, oil, gas, explosives, batteries, and hazardous materials into the dumpster. We also don't accept railroad ties, phone poles, or any type of wood treated with creosote.
